Kasai & Koori co-founders Lee Goldberg and Taylor Levy are restaurateurs with a passion for culture, food and amazing experiences. Through exploratory trips across the globe, they discovered many delicacies, but none quite as inspiring as the creativity they saw in the Pacific Rim. In 2018, they brought ideas from their eastern travels back to the United States and began refining a Hawaiian eats and Asian treats concept to capture their experiences abroad. After much planning, numerous focus groups, and countless hours of fine tuning the menu, Kasai & Koori was born.
